Rigid Steel knife edges used a s a mass hanger. Clamps firmly to meter ruler by a screw. Edges properly align with one edge of opening exposing the meter rule. Metal wire stirrup serves as a mass hanger. Openings on each side of the meter rule ensure that clamp is set properly.
